- Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original brand tag.
- Products with a broken, removed, tampered, or missing Marudhara brand tag will *not be eligible for return or exchange* under any circumstances.
- The brand tag is an essential part of product authentication and must remain intact to qualify for return processing.
- Any return request must be made within the specified return period mentioned at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
